• Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Construction Phase Plans: We prepare tailored risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans to help Site Managers ensure your site operates safely and in accordance with CDM regulations.
• Operation & Maintenance Manuals: Our team provides detailed and compliant O&M manuals to meet handover requirements, ensuring smooth transitions at the completion of projects.
• Health & Safety Files upon Completion of Projects: We liaise with Principal Designers to compile comprehensive handover health & safety files, ensuring that all legal and project-specific requirements are met.
